Reiki promotes a deeply relaxed state using a gentle yet powerful form, touch is soft and light and mostly hands off, I channel a form of energy to activate, promote and accelerate the natural healing process.
Ultimately energy is shifted and manipulated to improve our mindset as well as how we feel physically, sometimes connecting souls and spiritual journeying. Restoring the body's natural energy flow, an intelligent force, that can help you on many levels.
