The Light Vehicle, Merkabah Meditation

Sacred Geometric forms known as the Merkabah the star tetrahedron, which is 2 interlinked pyramid shapes, is considered the vehicle of light, creating a sacred energy matrix to expand your consciousness and balance.

If spiritual balance and stability is what you are looking for then this meditation is a great vehicle. Even though technically both pyramid points are spinning in different directions this is the creation of a powerful energy field.
Embody this sacred geometrical form Merkaba to recharge your energy field.

Where Mer means light, Ka means spirit and Ba means body, the Merkaba has one tetrahedron pointing upwards, channelling and connecting energy from the heavens with masculine energy rotating clockwise, the other pointing downwards, connecting and channelling energy from the earth, with feminine energy rotating counterclockwise.

We are going to discover how you can visualise yourself inside the centre of the shape and the two tetrahedrons spinning in opposite directions, around you are spinning faster and faster.

How to meditate with the Merkaba.

Sit in your meditation pose with your spine straight and take a few deep breaths.

Imagine yourself inside a pyramid with the base around your hips and the tip pf the pyramid pointing up towards the cosmos. You can imagine this pyramid in any light, I find golden or white light works the best.

Now visualise another pyramid and its light, with the base at your heart with the pyramid peak pointing downwards. If you chose white light for the first pyramid, choose golden light or a different light for the second pyramid.

When you can visualise and feel both the pyramid shapes surrounding you - take a deep breath and exhale.

It is useful to give the pyramids each a glowing light.

Now imagine the upwards pointing pyramid starts to spin clockwise this is channelling masculine energy from the heavens.

Whilst the downward pointing pyramid starts to spin clockwise, channelling earthly feminine energy.

The lights you have given the pyramid vision will start to become a sphere of (golden) light, that circles the entire star as the energy is spinning.

Continue this visualisation, this is your energy reenergising in the vehicle of light.
I promise you the combination of masculine and feminine forces brings about a grounding of your energy field and helps to balance.

Keep practicing as this is where your consciousness may kick in, with messages, insight, further visions.

At the very least when this technique is mastered, it’s a great way to help clear stagnant energy within your energy field. Like a complete reset.

It may take a bit of time to be comfortable with imagining this process.

When meditating or experiencing Reiki Therapy, you may find yourself visualising shapes, this is often the involvement of Archangel Metatron who is incidentally associated with the Merkabah.
The vehicle of light the Merkaba is now seen as the highest form of sacred geometry. This 6000-year-old pattern with nineteen overlapping circles and equilateral triangles, intertwined to form a perfect geometric shape. Metatron is one of the most powerful archangels, acting as the celestial scribe to the Book of Life, which keeps track of all the choices made by earthly and divine beings.

I like to also use the Merkaba Star within this process, to help with visualisation – plus it charges your star to the magical masculine, heavenly, feminine earthly energies for a top up.
