Cancellation Policy


“I require all customers to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rebooking an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the full session using the payment method provided at booking.

I will provide a one-time cancellation fee waiver for extenuating circumstances. Please do discuss with me upon cancelling, so that I can provide rescheduling. In order to benefit from waivering the cancellation fee, you will need to be scheduled within 7 days of the cancellation.

Should you need to reschedule your appointment with more than 24-hours’ notice, please note you will not be charged any fees and will receive priority rebooking.”
